Then the science is deciphered to make it understandable by professionals and laypeople alike. Every effort is made to be objective, unbiased, honest and to present both sides of the argument.

MBA from the University of Iceland and BEd in mathematics and physics. Worked as a teacher for many years, and was principal at a business school.
Ragna has managed to lose 20 kg (45 lbs) on a real food based diet, and she stays in shape by hiking in the Icelandic mountains, running and working out.
Role: Keeps everything running smoothly.
Aubrey holds a B.A. in English from Southwest Minnesota State University and a Master of Technical and Professional Communication degree from Auburn University.
She has experience editing for both the scientific community and the general public. Aubrey enjoys outdoor winter sports, horseback riding, and hiking in Iceland with her dog.
BSc in Exercise Science
Mark Shields holds a B.S degree in Exercise Science and is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach. He currently works at an active senior center as the Wellness Coordinator.
He has seen the damage that has been done by telling people to avoid healthy, traditional foods. He keeps fit by lifting weights, outdoor volleyball and hiking with his dogs.
