1. Subscribe via RSS Feed
If you are familiar with RSS and News Aggregators you can follow Authority Nutrition via the RSS Feed.
If you’re looking for a good app to read RSS feeds, then I highly recommend feedly.
2. Get Free Updates via E-Mail
If you don’t use RSS then you can sign up to get an e-mail every time a new article is published, which is about 2-3 times per week. You can unsubscribe from these e-mails at any time.
This is provided by a third party service called Feedburner. You can subscribe by leaving your primary e-mail address in the field below and confirming your subscription when you get an e-mail asking you to do so.
