Helen has a BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.

She has extensive experience as a gastro-specialist Dietitian in the UK’s National Health Service and is passionate about evidence-based nutrition.

She recently returned to the UK to start a family, after a 3 year sabbatical in Bali, Indonesia. Her favorite ways to stay active are running, surfing and yoga.
